1. Order Processing

At Glowora Haven, we aim to process your order as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as holidays or seasonal sales.


2. Shipping Times

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted European suppliers.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • EU countries: 5–12 business days

  • Other destinations: 7–15 business days

These are average estimates and may vary slightly depending on the specific product, carrier, or destination.
We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


3. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within EU.
For order destinations shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking link to become active.

5. Delivery Delays

While we work only with reliable logistics partners, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or high seasonal demand.
Glowora Haven cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but we always assist customers in locating and tracking delayed packages.


6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
We cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you made a mistake after checkout, contact us within 12 hours at support@gloworahaven.com to update your address.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order does not arrive within 30 days after dispatch or arrives damaged, please contact our support team.
We will investigate with the shipping carrier and, if confirmed lost or damaged, offer a replacement or full refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Customs and Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs fees.
For countries outside the EU, import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on local regulations.
These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
