Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable or seasonal items (e.g. Christmas decorations after the holiday period)

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@gloworahaven.com.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact our customer service team at support@gloworahaven.com.
We will provide the nearest return address depending on your delivery country (EU or other regions).

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
